Modified 2951 Tempest

I picked this up on the exchange recently. The blade has been ground to a clip point. I carry a Rush on occasion and grabbed this one out of curiosity. It's a big sucker.

The Rush/Sirius/Tempest knives don't seem to get a lot of attention but they are built like tanks and solid values IMHO.

That's awesome! I'm jealous... I've carried my blue Rush 290 every single day for nearly two years, and I agree with what you said about them being underrated. The clip point blade on that Tempest makes it look 10X better IMO. As soon as I pick up an extra Rush or a Tempest somewhere, I may be tempted to do a bit of reprofiling on my old one.
