After having spent years sharpening my knives incorrectly, I decided to get myself a guided sharpening system and here is the result:

I sandblasted the blade to remove all previous deep scratch marks and because I love the satin look and decided to go for a 15 degree mirror polished edge to contrast nicely with the primary bevels.
