Hi (again)
I Have the BM Nitrous Stryker (both small and big) and BM describes the liner lock as "modified liners". They look just as ordernary liners to me. What has been modified?? Anyone know?

I have the nitrous stryker as well and I believe they are referring to the way the AO works; basically the liner is the spring for the AO. Flip it over and watch the "liner" in action...you will see what I mean. Not sure if all nitrous strykers are this way but I have had mine for about a year, so if it is within that time frame I think that is what they mean.

All the Benchmade Nitrous knives are like that. I would suspect that's what they're referring to by "modified".

The previous modles of Strykers weren't AO so I don't think they would be considered "modified".

I personally wish they made the Stryker with a titanium frame lock. A mini like that would be my ideal knife.
