Have to thank xaman for giving me the idea and sources to get this done. Been thinking about a serious mod on my user SHSH II. It's one of my pride and joys and I wanted to make it a little more of an aggressive user. As much as I enjoy doing mods myself, I knew something like this was way out of my league.....so enter Bill Siegle. If you haven't had the chance to work with Bill on a project, I highly recommend his services. The man is talented and a pleasure to do business with. He had my knife back to me in about a week. Now that's what I call great turnaround time! Had the top of the blade swedged and the edge reprofiled. The pics describe the work better than I can....BTW, I've already had the chance to use it and the edge is still razor sharp! The stabbing power of the tip and knife now are flat out incredible, goes in deep and comes out laughing! Ahhh the power of INFI!
The sheath is the work of Dan Hirayama (Semper Paratus Tactical). If you haven't seen Dan's work or don't have one of his sheaths, I can't recommend them highly enough. Built like a damn tank and the features on it make it gear ready for darn near anything. The front pouch is way deeper than I've seen on anything else. It's amazing how much it will hold, so far...1 smooth steel rod, 1 surgical black arkansas rod, 1 mag fire starter, 1 flashlight, 1 leatherman Wave and of course one very large bad ass Busse! And believe it or not....there's still room left!
Here's the pics....enjoy!
