My friend modified my 0200!! He polished blade, liners and basically everythingelse. He replaced the handles with water buffalo and imitation ivory. It's a handful of knife!! Let me know what you think.

wow. wouldn't have even known it was a 200. looks almost like a packrat if it was a ken onion custom :) very nice work!
 
You took a perfectly acceptable folding combat knife and turned it into... a really nice-looking EDC. It looks great.

That's a shiny-ass blade, man :thumbup:
 
A BIG KNIFE for a BIG MATT. That's cherry man. Tell your buddy he does some amazing work.
 
Thanks Guys, he is doing another one for me. It is all polished almost mirrored but I would like suggestions for handle material. Should I leave the original handles for.. lets say a more tactical look. Or would you go fancy again? All suggestions are appreciated! I need to make up my mind. Will post pics of it when completed. :D

Beautiful. I took my 0200 out and held it up to the monitor and he said he'd like to take that litle lady out for drinks dinner and dancing! :D
 
I'd like to see that mirrored blade with a set of Black/Grey canvas Micarta scales. I think that would look good.
 
Looks really nice. I would like to see one with a satin blade and a black/grey micarta or G10 like Davidson's horned lizard 1911 grips. That would look sweet!
 
Hehehe,......glad to hear "he's" still around. :)

Mine's always in my pants as my everyday carry,........just so useful i find it hard to have a reason NOT to carry it!

But i do like the polished up look on the initial posters ZT200. Might even do that on my shortened up 3" ZT200,.....but i believe i'll leave on the original scale material The gripping ability is just about perfect! :cool:

Yeah,.......no excuses but have been super busy at work and tired when i get home. To relax i play a little guitar and crash in an easy chair and off to bed.

.......kind of hard to relax and play with an arsenal of knives! :D
