Modifying my FBMLE

What do you want done. The names that come to mind in no particular order are: Ban, Ducci, and Bill Siegle.
 
three already mentioned are great.
I have a FBMLE that I got from Bill Siegle. Smoothed handle scales, top clip (unsharpened) and edge done.

You. It was you that owns this one. Congrats. Bill does great work. When I first saw this I wondered about the balance and the feel was like.
 
I've got a belt sander and a Dremel and I'm cheap! :D :p
 
I had Bill Siegel mod a BM-e, and it was superb.

Ban has done a few for me, and his work is also beyond expectation.
 
There is also the Custom Shop at Busse to consider...

Ban did this little number to an FFBM for me. We call it the Wicked Fusion Battle Mistress or WFBM (not an official Busse model)...

I love the recurve. Come to think of it, I think you may need to let me inspect that one for you to make sure it's up to snuff.
 
Awhile back I emailed Amy about getting something done to my BATACLE and her response to me was that the shop doesn't modify LE knives. Go with Ban. He's an animal. Wait...the Banimal. I slay me.
 
I've had a Batac LE done up. But to do anything to an FBMLE :eek: WOW!!

All power to you mate. I would not touch mine, I love it just the way it is. Cannot wait to see the finished product though, most mods always seem to come out great.

yeah, I emailed Ban awhile back, got one response and then didn't hear anything else, not bashing on the guy, I'm sure he's busy trying to get his own knives out. Ban, if you see this PM or email me please.

what did you get done to it? and where are the pics man!?!?! I want to get teh beak knocked off the back of the handle, and the "scallops" rounded off the scales, maybe a taper in the tang, and maybe flatten out the spine.

Well, I have never even held another FBMLE, so I don't know how it compares to those, but I like it. The grip is comfy, no hot spots.
