Mod'ing The CS Vietnam (or ATC VTAC) Hawk

So this thread is inspired from CitizenQ's thread about mod'ing the CS Trail Hawk. Who's got mods of the CS Vietnam Hawk or the ATC VTAC (old or new)? Just for a few ideas, check out a few of these mods that Andy Prisco (of ATC) did on some of his LaGana Tactical tomahawks back when they were still offered with wooden handles...

Now, knowing what I do about the skills of the many people on this board, I'm sure some new creative stuff can be come up with. So... ideas?
 
Here is an early stamped ATC VTAC head I picked up. The head has been bead blasted then I added a Cocobolo haft tipped with Ebony .

Q, I think I might have accidentally misled you with my original post. I didn't make those mods, Andy Prisco did. Now, that's not saying I don't want to make them, I was just curious if anyone else had done something like this.

i like the Cold Steel Rifleman's Hawk with the poll shortened.

i just got asked to do another run of the CS VN hawks on my composite handles - we'll have to see how they turn out.

i'm thinking some traditional stuff might be nice, with a space-aged twist.

i have some new materials coming in that will allow me to make the composite look like wood.

i think a CS VN hawk, tweaked a touch, with a composite handle that looks hewn from blonde wood might be kinda slick.

what do you think?

I took the spike off of my nam hawk,I was using it as a bush axe and didn't like the spike coming back at me.though I'm thinking about sharpening the back into a sort of poll blade.
