Mods I Need help!

Hi,

I'm new here and am not sure where to ask this so I'll ask here.

I paid for a GOLD membership a week ago and there is no option in the exchange for me to post the knives I want to sell.

Can a Moderator please get this working for me??? I have already messaged two mods with no response before posting this thread.

You can/have to do it yourself. Go to your "settings" page, look down along the left side and click "permission groups". Then change your group to "Gold" Member".
 
Spark is the only one with the ability to process your membership. It would help if you would edit your original post/title and include your transaction number as to speed the process up.

It's not working, there is no option in my settings to select a permission group, why I don't know!!!

This is all that comes up "There are currently no public usergroups available for you to join".

This is turning out to be a frikken hassle!
 
Now c'mon SPARK,

This is getting ridiculous. I frikken need some help here!!!

I paid for a Gold membership 2 weeks ago and this is what appears "There are currently no public usergroups available for you to join". So I don't have a OPTION to select that I am a GOLD member.

Search my posts, I've asked for help now 3 times.

He must be super busy. His last post was 04-01-2014. Been 8 days for me as well. Hoping it will be soon.
 
I need some help.

This is the most frustrating website I've ever been on. Not only do we need to pay to post stuff for sale but I can't even do that.
