Mods Please Help - Husband’s account banned for “potential scammer”

My spouse tried to log into his account this morning (Johnjr17052) and found that he was banned for “potential scammer.” He has been a member of the forums since 2014 and only has positive feedback. Yesterday, he attempted to purchase an Urban Grudge off the Exchange from JackHammer JackHammer . My husband started receiving emails providing the PayPal address to send the funds to. However PayPal would not process the payment. The person sending the emails kept providing different emails under different names, and even tried to get him to use Zelle. Once he realized what was happening, and that the actual seller, JackHammer, had posted a different and correct email in a profile message to him, my husband posted on Jack’s exchange listing to explain he was contacted by someone trying to impersonate Jack. He was not attempting to scam Jack, but rather was almost scammed out of over $500! This is a big misunderstanding. Is there a way we can have my husband’s Johnjr17052 account unbanned? He’s been a member here for 10 years buying, selling, and trading knives.

The person who contacted my husband used the email live4allnfa@gmail.com which now returns as not existing after their email exchanges. The person even included the real seller “JackHammer” username in his subject stating the knife was his and to send the funds to Rio20242024@hotmail.com. Which is a completely different address from Jack’s.
