Hard to tell, but it looks as there is a shiny bottom (?) to the line as opposed to a dark line. That would indicate to me a scratch as that would be shiny and the dark line would indicate a crack. But what do I know.

Maybe, maybe not. Depends on if it will bug you or not. It isn't a cheap knife (north of 200 CAD bucks up here) so maybe return it, or ask Spyderco?

It's one of the grind lines. Normal. Look at it with a loupe.
