Pretty much what the title says; I've seen one on Ebay and I'm tempted but I'd like to know what they're like and how much you think I should be paying assuming good condition?

Apparently it's VG-10 steel with malachite and MOP scales -mostly why it caught my eye, I'm a bit of a malachite addict.

Having had a bit of a look around I think it's a "Legacy".

I think I found the right one on ebay, it is a Lakota knife that was made by Moki. Moki makes top quality knives, at least the ones branded as Moki. I don't have any experience with these Lakota knives, I just know what their factory is capable of producing. I have a Moki Glory, and it is an outstanding knife.

I have a Hawk, Finwing and Pro Hawk, all in AUS8 (that's what their blades are made of ...) and they are excellent knives. For many, too big and heavy, especially the Hawks. I've used my Hawk on Elk, Pro Hawk for trail and camp use, and my Finwing for small game and caping big game. The AUS8 is superb. My Hawk is almost 20 years old and I paid considerably less than what retail is now but paid about $150 for my Pro Hawk. The best I've seen is about $110 from Knifepro, http://www.knifepro.com/ and they're worth every dime of it!
