i saw that you had them ready for the 3... any news on the 5 back? i thought they were going to be ready in nov, but i really don't need it until feb. will they be available in black by then?
 
yep they have been out for a long time just look in the sheaths section on the eseeknives.com website

Good, I'm placing an order tonight for an OD molle back and pouch for my BK2, been wanting to build a kit around that knife for awhile. Seems like the perfect vehicle for my plans.

uh... i've been watching the site for months and it has said (in red print and in multiple places) that the molle backs are out of stock and they won't be in until november, hence the question. i don't know if you all have information that i don't, but the site is all i have to go by. i actually even called the company months ago when i first was looking into it and was told november. anyway, does another shipment mean that you have them and are expecting more or that you don't have them and will soon?

sorry if this comes off as rude or annoyed. i'm not mad, but i'm not a fan of people telling me to look something up like i haven't already tried... especially if they are wrong. at least check for yourself before "informing" me.

on a happier note... merry Christmas, everyone!!!! i got my first esee knife last night (an izula) and i love it! it's actually a little bigger than i expected and, of course, it was shaving sharp right out of the packaging. :) i can't wait to order the 5 (thought i'd be getting it for Christmas) to carry overseas. i know you guys aren't about hype and frequently claim there is no "need" for your knives specifically, but i fell in love with your product before it was even in my hands. now it's even worse with this izula i can't seem to put down.
 
hi, sorry i had missed that esee was out of stock, i ordered a new pouch not long ago but it was a second. seems like the knife connection had them in stock.

I have the Molle back and front pouch for the Esee 5. They are both very nice. It took me several months to get mine after I placed the order at the Esee web page but were well worth the wait.Esee has them made for them so they are at the mercy of the manufacturer.
 
They are out there, I ordered one on Christmas Eve, and they some in stock, not ESEE, but on the thier dealers. They are out there and you can get free shipping on them too.

They're around if you look - as Moose recommended. I got mine a few months ago and the MOLLE back + pouch on the 5 really makes for a great setup.
 
thanks, guys. like i said, i didn't even get the knife like i thought i was going to. not sure why... i told my wife that she could just get it for me for Christmas, but that if i didn't get it, i'd be buying it afterward anyway. looks like i'll be doing that here soon. thanks for the recommendations. i'll be sure to look around and see if i can find the back and pouch. i think it would be nice to have.
 
We have about 300 MOLLE backs enroute to us right now. These will not last long, especially after we fill the back orders. Best thing to do is order it now and as soon as stock rotates in we will get it out to you. Wished I could be more specific but we are at the mercy of our vendor. Once we get these brought in house and under our own shop we will be able to keep stock. Completely my fault on not updating the web site. ill get that done ASAP.
