Finally got a gap to play this is the master still to be moulded and zinc cast . Wanted it to be as close to the original shield shape as possible not a flat disc .Can also double as buttons
 
That is good, but it looks an awful lot like this one made by Spartan Blades

Not a flat disc like Spartan blades serves a duel purpose as a lanyard bead as well as a button .They are going to be gifts for the marines at the US Consulate in Cape Town.

 
No knife content here so off to G & G we go...
