Mom’s Early Christmas Present

Mom has one of my first parer’s that I ever made. It was ground from A2 and the last time home it looked very “loved”. So, I decided to make her a set from 14C28N. Just finished, short of sharpening the edge.
3.5” Parer and 7” Utility are .100” stock.
7” Chef is .130”. All are hardened by Paul Bos to ~62 RC. Richlite Maple handles w/ Red fiber liners and Hidden pins ( first attempt). Glued up with White Gorilla Glue ( first knives trying this, too).

I think it would be irresponsible to give them to her without proper testing. PM me for a mailing address and send replicas. I’ll let you know how they do
