Mom is Much Improved

And I wanted to thank you for your thoughts, prayers and kindness. Several months ago she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer and did not have long. Today the cancer is much abated and she has much more time than previously thought. Though she does not believe in anything except man, her recovery, respite, is a bit of a miracle.

Munk, thank you for the update on your mom. I'm glad she is doing better. :) Hope it means a better quality of life for her while she's still on this earth. Please keep us posted. Having recently lost someone close to me to cancer I understand how hard it can be. Thanks,

I'm so glad to hear it. It's a great day when anyone beats back the cancer monster for just a little more time. I hate that damn disease with a passion.

Glad to hear that Mom is going to be okay. Give her a big hug from all of us.
 
Even more opportunity to appreciate her, every day, I'm sure.

My mom has had the big C 5 times. Drs. removed a few pieces, but the part I love is still there.

Wow... been away for a bit and missed this. I'm glad to hear things are better. I'll add your Mom to my prayer list all the same.
