This one is for my Mother for her birthday.

The steel is 1095 with a hamon and the handle is Ironwood. I made a drawer sheath for it to help protect it.

My mother kind of appreciates things like hamons and filework, but if it cuts well, then she is happy. She does have the tendency to dice up her fingers though, so she will have to be careful.

These are just snapshots. I am giving it to her tonight and dont have time to set up the photo tent.

Dude I love your knives! I have yet to see anything of yours that is not awesome! Hand made ... your mom will love that.

BTW My birthday is April 3rd....I can shoot you my address is you have any more presents. :D

I always love your designs, it makes me want to make kitchen knives. I would let just about anyone call me mommy if they made me sweet knives like that (Although I would make an ugly hairy beastly mom)
