Hello,
Many Filipino based arts will translate their stick work into the blade techniques. Check the yello pages and online for a FMA scool near you. The art I am currently practicing, Sayoc Kali, does specialize in bladed weapons specifically. It does include short sword work. You can learn more about Sayoc Kali at, www.Sayoc.com.
