On va voir ça...

Oh! I'm sorry Hoplophile!
I through you were a french guy who also qualifies himself of "hoplophile".

So we can speak English because I LIKE this language very much...

About Herbertz: they are really good quality and cheap balisongs.
A friend of mine who has a balisong for professional reasons, gave me the advice of using Herbertz balisongs: they are cheap, often very strong, and you have to throw them in the gutter, you will only lose less than 200 french francs...

There are two really good models and a quite good one: the skeleton "jaguar" is strong, even to use as a yawara. The skeleton "classic" with insert is nice. The last one is perhaps the best one. It got tubular handle in metal. Very quick and strong. But I can't find it any more in my area.

If you want photos of the Herberts "Squeleton Jaguar" & "Jaguar Classic", just let me know.

>Sorry, ChungSan!
I can speak English too.

>I think Guillaume's www.balisong.net site is talking of Monarch Knive, the ancester of the balisong in France. Ther is a photo of a funny knife!

That Monarch sure is nice, I want at least 2. There is something abouta steel Baliisong I still like. I guess I'm an old timer.

Well i have never handled a steel bali but i like heavy models. There easier to throw. Does anyone know when these will be available. The email for the knifeshop came back with an absent address.
