Monarch?

Could anyone supply a little info about these? Found them at a site called KnifeMart.com. I wish I could just zip you there, but I frankly haven't figured out how you do that.

They claim to be USA mfg'ed, in the 140 dollar range. Are they similar in quality to BM's? And where, and by who are they mfg'ed?

I know there's no link but I wanted to say it
There's a BM Monarch, but it's not a balisong... yet it can be opened with one hand, it was not very expensive, I have one and it's really a good knife.
