only jokin, well, no I wasn't, but hey, lets not break tradition, just because Eric has gone on an easter egg hunt, lets keep the chat going. I will have fishin stories, details of the best places around the country to buy and drink Guiness and have heaps of juicy stories to tell about my ex-girlfriends.

Sorry for dropping out...we're having power failures here. Nothing definite yet; just cautiously optimistic reports that they may have been able to target a site where Hussein & sons as well as some of the senior leadershp were meeting. I guess we'll see over the next few days :rolleyes:. I'm with you...I'm inclined to think they at least tagged him during the early ops...
 
Since I am patiently waiting for my INFI_coot to arrive, I have been thinking....we need a Desert Spec Ops knife and a desert Mini Spec ops to go with it. Oh yeah and a Desert Rat Warhawk.

When are we gonna get someplace where we can chat in real time? Kind of like an IRC channel or something?

I just feel that message boards are not really that conducive to chatting. :)

A group of Busse Hog's tried AOL once. I participated and personally I didn't like it. As a Mod and the one answering most of the questions it is a serious pain for me to use something like an IRC channel because the info isn't around to be archived and read by others later. I answer questions on those type of chats and then later answer the same questions again and again because people don't have the thread to look back on. Also it isn't possible to post pics or some of the other options we have here. This may not be the best but it is the best for me.
 
Fair enough.

I still think that with a bit of doing, an IRC style chat could be made feasible, but you're right on one front:

This works now, and works well enough.
