By "grail" knife I tend to think of a knife that's rare or expensive. It's nice that your grail knife is the most popular and mass produced Emerson knife

The knife arrived on Monday, March 16. A Glorious day it was.
I like the CQC-7 because of the original design and the feel of G-10 on both handle scales. A HD-7 is Not a CQC-7. IMO. Ernie just should have Frame-locked the CQC-7.

Nice pics Lycosa, I had a CQC-7A frame lock made up. It definitely has a different feel than the HD-7!

Like your pics Lycosa. I'm working on a trade that will hopefully bring me home the exact same model. The CQC7 looks small enough to be able to carry at least 2 knives on my person.
