I was looking at the EDC thread and noticed that many here use a money clip instead of a wallet. I have a problem with my pockets. They are always bulging. I thought I'd try the money clip. The only problem is the cards. I guess I could put the cards inside the folded money???

any way, What money clips do you recommend. And what other solutions do you use to save space?

Cheers.

I use a card case for a front pocket wallet, it holds my drivers license, military ID, and various plastic cash options, It does require frequent weeding just to keep it thin so it can't be used as a receipt depository. I have a couple of money clips for cash, I use a CRKT K.I.S.S. or a CRKT Ashworth Turtle. If I am dressing for something fancy I also have a nice sterling and scrimshawed ivory clip.

If bulging pockets are your problem, have you considered the All-ett? www.all-ett.com

I have the European, it's made out of nylon sailcloth, is super durable, washable, and when filled with money and credit cards, is still thinner than my Coach wallet empty! Two years ago I bought it on a lark because it was so cheap. I expected to throw it away, instead I haven't worn my Coach since. I got the coach because it was the thinnest, nice leather wallet I could find at the time. The All-ett is rediculously thin--it won't even hold it's shape until you fill it with money and a few cards.

I have a Tiffany's sterling silver money clip my wife gave me. I just can't warm up to it--it's thicker than my All-ett and I don't like flashing my money around each time I go to pay for something. Besides, my front pockets are spoken for with keys on one side and knife/handkerchief on the other.

guys, you are the best.

I just ordered the ALL ett European and traveler.

Absintheur, Thanks man, I got a stingray from knifewors. Its durable and classy but not thin : >
Lucky Bob, That clip is on my list :)
