Money Gets Away From You!

In the last three weeks, I bought a Spyderco Kopa, BM 707, Kershaw Nakamura, and today a new Spyderco Viele. I could have bought an inlayed Sebenza for that much money! I hadn't done this in a few years! The problem is that I still want a Mini Skirmish!

I did the opposite. I just bought a Small Wood Classic last week.Rather than several knives. Way too spoiled by CR!

Trust me, it gets worse.

When you buy a knife and then realize you could have bought seven customs or sebenzas for that money, then you should worry.

I just comissioned a display box that will cost more than a Sebenza!

I've spent a good 4-500 bucks on knives in the last two months. I dont thin I want a sebenza though.

It's just one of those things, when the bug hits me I need at least one CR or several others. And if it really hits and I have the cash then I do both.

That baby Skirmish looks sweet, it would look cool next to my big Skirmish.

Anthony, I can relate. 3 weeks ago this Monday, I had a major surgery and had to take a couple of weeks off work. Pretty much stuck at home. Consequently, I had lots of extra time to surf the net, cruise BFC, read about knives, get blade fever and act on it. Make a long story short, during that time I have acquired (some new, some used) an ebony and ivory custom Dozier folding hunter, a benchmade 770, a benchmade 834, a BRKT Highland, a calypso jr, a benchmade 943, an AG Russell gents folder, a Spanish made "Laguiole" clone, a dmt benchstone, a GPC 1000 knife kit, and I just placed an order for an RW Clark custom folder. I have a post here in "want to buy" for a benchmade 806; I'm watching a couple of prospects on fleabay, and I think I need a benchmade 707 or a Queen whittler in D2. It's a good thing I'm back at work. I think I had too much anesthesia, or not enough, or something...
