I am looking for the best quality, top of the line, butterfly knife. At this time money is no object. Please post links to pics or sites that offer expensive , well-made butterfly knives.

Unfortunately, there is no really high-end production balisong available at this time.

But, there are some excellent makers of custom balisongs.

You can start your search right here at bladeforums.com in our balisong forum. Near the top of the forum listing is a thread entitled Training Ground. In there, you'll find a list of custom makers.

You can also go to my website, www.balisongcollector.com, and get a lot of very good information about available custom makers. The aforementioned Training ground thread also has links to several other informative websites. And, of course, it's not called "the web" for no reason: follow the links you'll find on each page to discover even more.

29 knives, I dunno if they would be considered custom or production , as there are quite a few around.

Custom all the way.

Welcome, outoftheashes--always good to have a new 'songer around.

Lots of great custom knife choices out there. Check out:

29 Knives
Dobruski
Korth
Ikoma
Larry Davidson
Darrel Ralph

All make some great balisongs. If you want something heavy and heavy duty check out 29knives, they are great!!! If you want a nice light flipper check out the Korth, Ikoma and DDR stuff in Ti handles. There is also plenty of stuff right in the middle as well.

Look at www.edcknives.com for a place that has the best inventory on custom balisongs, plus Duane is awesome to deal with.

Money is no object eh? I could sell you a couple benchmades for $400 a peice. Really a great steal. :D

But seriously, if you want a high quality bali fast, but a Korth. They are readily available and great knives to boot!
