How to get your Username Changed

If you want your username changed, you need to do the following:

1. Click on this link: Pay with Paypal | Pay with credit card

2. Place your order for a username change ($10).

3. Post a thread here with the Change Username thread prefix, and title (Old username) to (new username). In that thread, put your order number, and what you'd like your username changed to. If you do not do so, your name will not be changed and we will assume that someone else is trying to hack your account.

3A. IF YOU ARE SMART, YOU WILL SUBSCRIBE TO YOUR THREAD SO YOU ARE NOTIFIED BY EMAIL WHEN I POST A RESPONSE SHOWING YOUR NAME HAS BEEN CHANGED.

4. Wait patiently. Name changes will typically happen within 48-72 hours.

REALLY!!
Maybe 2-3 weeks, How disappointing is this?
 
This is getting beyond ridiculous! Customer service is definitely lacking here on BladeForums. If you can't do your job effectively, please delegate these responsibilities to the Moderator's, & let them do what you are unable. If we need to start a special "fund drive" to raise $$$ to buy Spark a new computer, then let's get this going into high gear...NOW!

My BF Membership is set to expire at the end of June. I had been planning on upgrading my membership to a Platinum, but if this appears to be the new status quo, maybe I should resign myself to get just the basic membership, instead.

EyeDog's feedback issue (for a deal that never even occurred & left in direct violation of Bladeforum's very own rules) still has not been rectified. These issues need to be corrected in a reasonable time frame; this is simply unacceptable!

If I ran my business, & treated my customer's this way, I wouldn't have a job...
