Monkeys and My INFI! This Is For Real!!!

Just took a picture of the Resident’s Association notification board where I live. First of all, it’s no way I can keep the windows closed since its 28 degrees Celsius (82 degrees Fahrenheit) in the apartment during the night. Day time- hot, hot, hot!

And honestly, it was my INFI I thought about first when I read this notice! Because I have met these monkeys several times during my walks in the area and they for sure can carry away a FBM and More! On top of that, a friend living in the same area told me the other day that he met a big monkey in his own kitchen, on the way to carry out the coffeepot! Looks like they like shiny stuff... :grumpy:

P.S. But better monkeys potentially trying to steal your INFI, than living with the cold northern Europe weather conditions!!! ;)
 
I told you Hogs that I like Snorkeling, Scuba diving and Jungle Trekking in my introduction post! I was not joking! It helps that I have a small jungle area just next to the estate where I live- in Southeast Asia. Very close to the equator. Warm and nice- but crazy humid!!! So I am surprised how well INFI keeps up compare to the so called “stainless steels”. :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Since it’s Chinese New Year, I have 12 days off and therefore I could follow my 2 year old daughter to her first days at play school. The school is at a walking distance and during the last 3 school days- we have seen some good stuff on the way! For example a 6 feet monitor lizard eating snake eggs. A small turtle digging a hole for laying eggs. A green tree snake hanging around- just chilling out. Anyone interested, I could post pictures of that too. I always have my mobile phone with me and that helps when you walk trough an area like this. ;)

Hmm, I just must visit South Texas and Camden New Jersey then! :thumbup:

Seriously- I have lived in Southeast Asia for the last 16 years, and this place (an apartment which I bought) is the very best! However, not sure if the Park Ranger would appreciate if I go chopping there with my FBMLE! :rolleyes: But plenty of wildlife! :)

But on the other hand- that’s not a problem, since I am only hours away from the real very old rain forests of Malaysia. More about that during the year, since I am in the planning stage of some serious jungle trekking in a jungle which is over 130 million years old. ;)

That's pretty cool! The only animals I have in my back yard are my neighbors. ;)
 
Those dragons are krazy .Its not the bite that kills you its the infection from their saliva .Cool pics :)
 
Hi Boar-Gen, its nice to know somebody from this part of the world in this forum. Are you living Singapore? I'm up north in Putrajaya. Happy holiday:thumbup:

I love all my infi, but I gotta say, only a pistol would work with lizard boy there :eek: I don't want that bastid even an AK47 distance from me much less a FBM! Beautiful digs though bro ;) :thumbup:
