Here is a chef's knife built for sale but now belongs to my wife. CPM154 at 59Rc, convex grind and edge, satin finish with a rounded spine. 15" OAL, 10 1/4" cutting edge, 2" wide, 1/8" thick. Brown canvas and stainless pins. Thanks for looking and have a good one!
