47 ounces.. the weight of some of my handguns; the Smiths, not the Rugers.

The knife has a beautifull form. How can such a bruiser be graceful? But it is.

Yup, that thing weighs as much as my Smith 686, but is a little more handsome.

Another miss...

The handle bolt and sheath and the length and weight indicate to me that this guy probably started out as an ultimate fighter.

The sheath is a much better idea for this style knife than the scabbard. Shouldn't have problems with the tip hanging up. My remaining UBE runs 19" and 28 oz. This is just an inch longer but almost 20 oz. heavier. I definitely would not want to get in the way of this thing.

Somewhere out there is a grizzly bear in need of skinning and this is the knife to do it. .....;)

Taking pride in my ability to resist....except for the cold sweats and shaky hands.

Wish I woulda had something like that on my back when I was hiking in Glacier Park years ago. It at least would have made me feel better. lol

Looks just like my Movie Model, and is the same length at 20".... but the MM is 27.8 oz. And 3/8, not 1/2.

What a bear of a blade. Not sure I could swing it; like to try.
