I really don't want to give up on monthly sales, so I'm looking for suggestions. The idea I've come up with is to offer basic, no frills knives. Thoughts? Suggestions? Ideas? (Not looking for models, just wondering if it's a worthwhile idea)

You are pretty good with no frills.

The only suggestions I have would be to change up your grind heights. Saber grinds look pretty cool, but taking them further ( or all the way) up would be nice. Also maybe think about changing up your photo background. Most people underestimate the usefulness of an appealing background and a well taken photo in natural light. Could be worth a shot.

I'm starting to think the same things. That's why the little knife / K Tool set will be a full grind. I just wish we would get some decent weather for outdoor photos!

Yeah, higher grinds make for better slicing.
IMO you don't need to go full hight either, just leave 1/8th to 1/4" of flat at the top depending on the blade hight.

Very basic knives with some odd or rustic handle...bling...nothing expensive, but look for the uniqueness. I have some ideas and will send them to you.

try some new bling on those amazing blades.

John, your offerings are going to be well received by us. It just depends on how are wallets are feeling when the sale rolls around.

I say go for it,

This is exactly how I feel. If'n I can afford to buy a knife, I sure will.
