just finished this up this morning. OAL 12 1/2" w/ 7 1/2" blade. The guard, spacers and butt cap are all from the same damascus bar. The figures are all made useing 1084 & 4600a powder and the center damascus in the blade is 1080 & 15n20 radialed and stretched. Handle material is ringed gidgee. Blade close up shows the pattern well.

What Keith said. Mosiac damascus is awesome, that looks like it was a labor of love. You should be proud.

man o man, thanks everyone for the nice compliments. I put quite a bit of time in making this piece of damascus with the hopes of coming up with a unique pattern, I wouldn't etch it until the whole knife was finished because I didn't want to give up on it until it was done. I have several damascus blades in the shop that never got finished because the patterns just didn't come out like I was hoping, and with all the time I had in this I figured I had better wait. I'm sure glad I waited now. Thanks so much.
