Do you mean glow in the dark?

It does wear down over the years, it glows less and less over time

There's an interesting mix of glowing scale material at Atlas Billiard Supply.

https://www.cuestik.com/store/?DEPARTMENT_ID=322

Type "glow" in the search box, bottom left in the category menu.

I have never used any of this material, or purchased anything from Atlas.
I have ordered from there online store. I was happy with them. I was looking for low cost handle materials and they have some very inexpensive options. Not prime stuff but great for low cost blades or beginners. They also have a great selection of thicker micarta stock.

I am also interested in finding some. I think it might be helpful to narrow down the real moonglow from the knockoff glow-in-the-dark acrylic sheet. I have a limited edition Spyderco Native Moonglow knife. This glows like crazy like no other material I have seen! I ordered some moonglow acrylic blanks off eBay (not sure of size, maybe 2" x 6"). When I compare the scale blanks to my knife there is no comparison. I would like to find the higher quality "real deal" material.
