Just when I thought I knew everything about traditional pocket knives,
, I discovered a manufacture I had never heard of.
While in the local boot repair shop yesterday, to see about having a sheath stiched up, I spotted a pocket knife display on the counter. It was full of some very attractive goldish/yellowish stag handled, traditional style, pocket knives.
They were said to be from the Moore knive co. in Matadore Texas.
Does anyone know anything about them? Things like have they been around a long time? What kind of steel do they use? Any dealers?
I searched for a web site and couldn't find one, and I searched several bladeforum advertisers for a dealer and couldn't find one either.
thanks
