Moore Maker Mountain man knife with up and down blade play

I have a MM with ram horn scales. I really like the knife but have not used it. I do not like the up and down blade play when the blade is locked open. It just bugs me. If my research is correct, I believe Queen makes the knife for Moore Maker. Is there anything that I can do to the blade to tighten this up, or is this something that the maker needs to do? Do they stand behind their product? I like these particular scales on the knife and would not want the knife switched out for another. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Up & down play is sorta one of those things that "just happens" in lockback-design traditional folding knives sometimes. Not really anything you can do to fix it, except send it back to have the rocker replaced, or maybe one of the pins could be causing it.
I don't waste my money on Moore Maker, when I can get one directly from Queen for nearly half the price, and with better quality control.
