Moore Maker Mountain Man?

I´ve seen a few models in Moore Maker webpage that, although named 'lockback trappers', are exactly like Queen Mountain Man Lockback. I´ve had a couple of really bad experiences with Queen´s models (even handpicked by Roger at CumberlandKnifeworks, both of them exhibited vertical and even horizontal bladeplay), but I must recognize that I still like the pattern a lot.
I´m not taking again the risk of buying another, 'cause I´m living in Spain and it´s not a good idea sending it back to get it replaced. Shipping costs are excesive and possible customs problems are real.
The questions are:

Are Moore Maker knives made by them, I mean are they makers or just another Queen vendors?
If they actually make the knives, is it worth to get one of them instead of 'regular' Queen Mt.Man ones? Will they be have a really solid lock-up?

Thanks a lot in advance, and excuse my poor English.

They are Queen contracts, I haven't handled one yet, but my Moore Maker stockman is from Queen also and is about the same quality as a regular Queen.

Thank you very much, Confederate. That´s what I was afraid of. It´s a pity, cause I really love that pattern.

Have you tried the new Amber Carved Stag Bone from Queen?

My Mountain Man in that series has ZERO blade play, locks up like a bank vault!

It's D2 not 1095 though.....
