Newly completed Bowie to compliment the Dirk I posted recently. Both have African Blackwood handles with MOP inlays. Decided to build the bowie while the Dirk was off being engraved by young Aussie engraver Danae Creswell.
Bowie is a full flat ground 1/4" CPM154 with ferric etched 416 stainless fittings, blade is a hair over 10" long.
Dirk is double hollow ground, full tapered tang 3/16" ATS34. Dovetailed bolsters are 416 stainless and blade is 4 1/4" long. Really pleased with the feel and weight of the Bowie, hope you like the set.
