Newly completed Bowie to compliment the Dirk I posted recently. Both have African Blackwood handles with MOP inlays. Decided to build the bowie while the Dirk was off being engraved by young Aussie engraver Danae Creswell.

Bowie is a full flat ground 1/4" CPM154 with ferric etched 416 stainless fittings, blade is a hair over 10" long.

Dirk is double hollow ground, full tapered tang 3/16" ATS34. Dovetailed bolsters are 416 stainless and blade is 4 1/4" long. Really pleased with the feel and weight of the Bowie, hope you like the set.

Great lookin set Peter. Hope they stay together!
Cheers Keith

Thanks Keith. Would be nice if they did stay together as I'm working on matching sheaths. You know how it is though, hard to say no when a customer lays money on the table.

Many thanks also to everyone else that has stoped for a look and commented. I have to admit I've enjoyed playing with the two of them in front of the TV, lucky my wife works nightshift.

I've pretty much run out of adjectives, but I just wanted you to know that I think these knives are dope.
