I own a Mora Bushcraft Black and want another, but I'm intrigued by the Bushcraft Orange because I'd find it easier in the woods. Does it have a 90 degree edge on the back? Will it throw a good spark? Would I be better off just buying a another Black and throwing orange paracord on it?

Great! Now the choice between the carbon and stainless blades...is there much of a drop off?

I find Mora's stainless to perform about as well as their carbon.

Performance is essentially the same so it pretty much comes down to personal taste.

That's the thickness I've found on certain sites. I was going to try and wait for the ESEE Camp-Lore to come out, but the Mora is the same thickness and what will probably be a fraction of the cost. For my uses it may be good enough.

I have both - love the orange color at night. Stainless steel is great - spine throws sparks with the best of them. Morakniv always impresses me with quality for price.

If all things are equal I'm going to buy the orange and have one of both as well. I love the high visibility of it.

Its hard to beat a Mora for what you get, they just work so well as cutting tools. With a 3.2mm blade, it should hold up to anything you can throw at it.

I still wish they would come out with a full flat ground one. They wear it well.

I just looked on your site expecting to see that as a drop down option. You do very nice work!

Thanks! I do them on a limited "as time allows" basis. :) I'm just surprised that Mora themselves doesn't make any outdoor lines with a full flat grind already. Their culinary line proves they have the capability.

Has anyone replaced their sheath? I normally leave my Mora sheaths alone, but if I'm not getting a Camp-Lore I'm going to be using it quite often. I've seen some nice leather ones.
