Hello everyone. I need some help in identifying a knife that I recently obtained at an estate sale. First off, I am sorry for the lack of pics, but I am without a camera right now. It is a 6" blade, scandi grind, with blood grooves on both sides of the blade. The blade is in a dagger profile with a false edge on top, that is sharp the last inch or so. The blade is stamped with the MORA name in an outline with what looks like a capital "A" superimposed over a capital "C" in the center of the mora name. Next to that is stamped MADE IN SWEDEN. no choil, plunge line, or ricasso, the edge continues all the way to the guard. The guard is "s" shaped and aluminum with an aluminum end cap directly below the guard, which has no visible pin. The handle is wood, hidden tang, with an hourglass (grooved) profile button on top of a oval shaped cap that does not encompass the end of the wood handle. the scabbard is metal, with a leather belt loop, and a hole where I can only assume a keeper strap was attached.the area around the hole is dark in a uniform circle to suggest a rivet was there. the belt loop is held onto the scabbard with two metal rivets. If anyone out there knows what I have, what it is worth, how old it is, I would be greatly appreciative.

Do you have access to a scanner? You can scan and then upload pictures.

Pictures always help, much better than trying to decipher a wall of text.

With that said, does it look like this? This is a Swedish field knife FMXX based on the US M3 fighting knife

I finally found a picture of it (here of course, duh). It is a Carl Anderssen Swedish combat dagger. I still have no idea how much it is worth or how old it is though.
