This is my first review so please bear with me.

Mora Robust

Blade length: 3 7/8 inches
Blade thickness: 1/8 inch
Blade material: Carbon steel
Handle: Rubber over hard plastic

With its 1/8 inch thick spine and 3/4 tang the Mora Robust is designed for heavier bushcraft work then previous models. Out of the box the knife features a polished blade with a razor sharp Scandinavian grind. This makes the knife very easy to sharpen with little skill. The knife takes a very keen edge and is holds it fairly well. With a combination of the easy to sharpen scandi grind and 58 HRC the knife is very easy to sharpen in the field.

The sheath is plastic with a belt clip. The clip makes it very easy to clip to a belt and pals webbing. At the bottom of the sheath is a small drain hole to let out water from the sheath.

The handle is molded rubber around hard plastic. The knife is very comfortable in the hand and the molded rubber provides good grip even when wet.

The knife can be found any where from 15-25 dollars online and is a great value for anyone starting to get into bushcraft or for an experienced bushcrafter looking for an inexpensive beater knife.

For the price there is no reason not to own this knife. I have put mine through quite a lot of work and it is still kicking hard. I cannot find any flaws with this knife especially for price and it does exactly what it is designed to do. While it may not be the prettiest knife out there it is sure hard to beat for the price and I cannot recomend it more highly.

P.S. As stated above this is my first review. I am trying my hardest to give back to my favorite knife community. I thank everyone for all the help they have ever given me on any of my questions. I hope you enjoy the review and please provide me with some constructive criticism for future reviews. :)

micro bevel??

My description on this may be a bit off but agian please bear with me I do not claim to be and expert. A micro bevel is formed by slightly lifting the blade while sharping. There is plenty of info on this forum alone. Do some research :)
