  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

What are your'e thoughts on this knife? They are discontinued now so I got one before there isn't anymore for sale or the price goes up because there isn't much left. Should I put a patina on it, or let it patina with time??

Depends on what you like. Personally I keep my carbon steel knives protected with silicone or other products. I like steel to stay clean and shiny.....yep even on users. I'm not a fan of patina......but I do like the ones done naturally by cutting things. The forced ones look well forced. Not for me....but for those who like 'em that way......so be it. Nothing wrong with it....I just don't care for it myself.
