I'm trying to decide between the Mora Clipper and Companion. Other than blade steel they seem very similar. Has anyone seen or done a SBS comparison between the two?

As cheap as they are you could buy 5 of them and try them out.... ;)

LOL, that's true. Realistically I will probably own both at some point in my life, but if I had to choose one.......

They feel pretty much the same in hand, and perform likewise. They fit each others sheaths also.

The Clipper may get a slight edge in grippiness because of the stippling on the grip, but for all intents and purposes, they feel the same to me.
Choose your blade material and go with it.

I prefer the Companion over the Clipper, but I prefer the newish Robust for its thicker blade (which is not really that thick compared to many other knives).

I think they are basically about the same, except the Companion is supposed to have a little longer tang. And I don't think the tang length really seems to matter with these Moras, because they all hold up well.

I think it comes down to choosing stainless or carbon steel, and which sheath you might like better.
FWIW, I like the thin blade in stainless in the Companion model.

I hadn't heard of the Robust but the reviews look good so maybe I'll check that out. Thanks!
