im wanting a Mora (carbon) and just wondering what the "best" one is (for general purpose ofcourse).

also, any other brands making high value carbon Scandinavian ground knives?

Probably the Model 711. Has a sheath that you won't have to replace right away. Also the HighQ All-Around Carbon...ditto on the sheath. I have both. The 711 has a big, rubbery, non-slip grip that should fit big hands. The HighQ has a nice grip, also rubbery, but smaller.

There are a lot of others too but these are the famous $10 - $15 models.

Mora Classic #1 or the Swedish Military version for a thin EDC, and the Mora HighQ Robust for a beater bush knife.

Can't go wrong with those three.

I like them all, its hard to day, but my new love is the Bushcraft Black.

But that's just me.

I really want to like the classics, but they just don't fit my hand well. My favorite is the 521, with the finger guard cut off and sanded smooth. You also can't go wrong with a clipper/companion.

I like the 711 (Allround). Good size, comfy, and grippy handle. I've also tried the 840 (Clipper) and 2080 (Triflex). The 711 has the most comfortable handle for me, especially if doing a lot of cutting requiring more than very light force to be applied. The 2080 is pretty comfortable for a little while, but unless your index finger fits that notch just right, it can get tiring after a while. The 840 is good, but the full rubberized grip on the 711 was just more comfortable for me.
