moran SOB carry?

I bought a Spyderco Moran drop point a couple months ago, which
I really like. I haven't had much occasion to carry
on my belt with the sheath, but a handy way to do so
would be with their SOB configuration.

My question is, though, how does one re-sheath the
knife without...uh...missing? I've tried several
times, but I'm always concerned about missing the edge
of the sheath, and either cutting my other hand (in an
attempt to guide the blade in), or slicing open my
back -- not a pleasant prospect.

Are there tricks here to be learned? I did discover
(with some help from some forum folks) that un-sheathing
the knife in any situation is more predictable when pressing
with my thumb, to avoid a too-fast unsheathing. This SOB
re-sheathing thing, however, is kind of the reverse problem...

Thanks

I got a small custom fixed blade and a sheath for it which I both specifically designed for SOB carry. I usually take my time when I'm resheathing, but I use the following trick as well:
I put the blade behind the sheath and then slowly moving it to the right (I'm a righthander) I wait until the point is right in front of the open side of the sheath. At that point I just let it slip in.

I hope this is halfway understandable.
