which is the best of them all in terms of durability and cutting?

triflex laminated stainless or carbon ?

I've yet to see a laminated stainless mora, only laminated carbon.

The center (cutting part) of the Triflex laminated IS carbon. It should cut as good as the full carbon blade version while having more corrosion resistance due to the stainless steel outer layers.
