More 15 & Pork

Had a craving for more pork today, after the Gathering. Made these guys to satisfy my taste buds. Boneless pork sirloin chops fold, and stuffed with a blend of cream cheese(1 block), butter(2sticks), dill(1/2 bundle), and garlic(to taste). Then wrap with bacon. Bake or grill at 350 for about 1.5 hours or until done. Enjoy
