More Aluminum Handles

Can anyone suggest any non-auto folding knives that have around a 3 inch blade with aluminum handles. I enjoy the feel of many of the benchmade and masters of defense auto's that fit these requirments but I live in New York so they are not options. At the moment the closest I can find is the microtech socom elite. I love the handles, blade shape etc., but it's too big for me. Any suggestions appreciated.
 
Not a big fan of the 940. Blade is too long and it feels awkward in hand.

Educate me about some titanium. I need some suggestions.
 
Ti is not as soft as Al and is stronger than Al. Weight is fairly close.
 
check out the protech autos...which can have the spring removed, making them manuals :D theyre easy to take apart and "fix" at home
 
Check out Houge knives. I am not sure they still have a aluminum scale version but I know the did. I think one model is the Houge ex-01.

Agreed, I went with Aluminum before I discovered Ti. Titanium has always been more expensive but prices seem to be falling with some nice examples of Ti Framelocks in the $200 range. Take a look at the Spyderco Sage2, the Bradley Alias 2, & the Buck Mayo 172 TNT (Hint, there's one in the forums right now.)
 
The BM 470 is very alluring, I am still considering picking one up eventually.

I like the Bradley Alias II alot as well, doesn't seem like you can really go wrong. Steel, titanium, framelock. Seems like a very solid knife. Lacks some of the "dazzle" of the emissary but I have a feeling it will handle a little more wear with less maintenance.

As far as the buck mayo, just picked one up for 27 bucks, and it seems somewhat comparable the the utility that the Bradley would offer. Solid ti-frame lock, good blade steel, slim package and so on.

You got a Buck Mayo TNT 172 Titanium for $27???? WTH??? Searched for a month last year and still ended up paying $200.
