Once again, I have been truly amazed at the good nature of the service department in a US knife production company. This time Benchmade.
I mailed them a couple of weeks ago regarding where I could go to get (purchase) some replacement thumbstuds for my BM Mini Griptilian.
The service department mailed me back and asked me for my address so that they could send me some. A few weeks later, I arrive home to find a little package from Benchmade with a complete thumstud fastener contained therein.
Wonderful. No charge either. Brilliant! What makes this even more special is the fact that I live thousands of miles away.
I am so impressed by this kind of service level. Every time I get it I'm completely blown away. I mean a couple of thumbstuds - no big deal right! Wrong. It's this type of attention to the little things that mean so much. To me at least.
All I can really say is "Thank you Benchmade. You made my day."
