A couple more Boot knives completed.

Both are cut from Takefu VG10 core san mai steel. Blades are hollow ground and have full tapered tangs. Bolsters are 416, Corby bolts are also stainless.

Smaller one has Samba stag scales and a very light etch on the blade. Larger version has interior sheep horn scales and a much heavier etch on the blade. Both have black fiber liners.

Over all lengths are are 8 1/2 and 9 1/2 inches.

Thanks for looking and enjoy your weekend Gents.

Beautiful work as always Peter!

I've probably said this before, but it bears repeating- your work is equal parts inspiring and discouraging.

In another thread someone said this site has some of the greatest knife makers in the world. These are examples of that.
