COPIUOS is correct about the ZTNO - it should be real close to 3/16" (.1875") thick; one of mine measured .190".
Regarding values, it is hard to say because few of the older ones are sold these days. A mint ZTNO with a Kenny Rowe sheath should bring a real nice price.
This is just my opinion, but in 16 years of collecting Busse knives, I still like the older ones the best. I carried an NO-E in my car for years - it fit between the console and my seat very well, and the asymmetrical edge on it was very sharp from the factory. I still have that NO-E, and likely will never sell it.
