Hi all,
Picked up a new set of diamond files, for hardened steel, at Harbor Freight yesterday and wanted to try them out. Decided my 566 needed/wanted some embellishments on the stainless steel side so I took the knife apart and went at it in my shop.
The diamond files worked far better than I expected considering they cost me eight buckeroos.
My skill is lacking but the only way to improve is to practice.
The file work on the lower left side is the same as the rest. The lighting makes it look really bad.
