A sheath for my fishing pliers made from some belly pieces.
I struggled with drawing flowers and flourishes, not a fan of oak leaves and acorns and then realized I should stick with what I know ;)

The pliers have an old phone cord taped to them and the other end clips to the brass D ring.
When you drop stuff in sand it lands without a sound.

Woah I thought that was an adult leather item for a second there. :D

Seriously though, that's pretty cool. I really need to get with the swivel knife. For whatever reason I just don't like the way it feels in my hand. Is it something you get used to with practice? It's lovely work and a great use of scraps. Seems like all I do with mine are cutting, stamping and dyeing practice.

Thank you :)

I make my living with X-Actos, Olfa knives and single edge razors, so it wasn't a huge jump for me.
I still need way more practice, but I'm comfortable with it. Strop often is what I've learned :)
